recorded by user defined Categories. A facility can be divided into
departments, the departments into equipment categories, and the
equipment categories into equipment. Fas-Trackers Preventive
Maintenance Software allows both maintenance and preventive
maintenance requirements to be recorded and scheduled by the

make the parts available for all the equipment in that equipment category
[View] or unique parts used for only one of your equipment, can be
added to that equipment only. - Included with each requirement you can add:
- Estimated time required to complete the requirement.
- New- Group selection check box.
- Special Procedures needed to complete the requirement.
- Tools required to complete the requirement.

- Each requirement can be scheduled individually to allow for
different individuals to perform, or grouped together for one
individual to perform all the requirements. You may also
schedule using any combination of individual or group
scheduling. Group and individual requirement work order records
are saved separately. - Print Work Orders for the Maintenance and Preventive
Maintenance Requirements. The work orders include all the

sequence of windows to get back to the proper Equipment for

and Departments. - Labor and parts cost tracking are possible by equipment, equipment
categories and by department by selected dates. This information can
be used for budgeting, cost and maintenance estimates, cost control,
and cost reduction. This information will identify high maintenance cost
areas on equipment and procedures.
