Create a purchase order from the software. Automatically select your vendor, Pick the part you
are ordering from previous purchase information or add it new assigning the part to specific
equipment and part costs. This is all completed simply during the P.O. creation.
Simple to Use
Fas-Tracker Software's Preventive Maintenance Software turns the dreaded task of managing
your PM Program into the part of your day you will look forward to. With just 4 easy steps you will
be able to view all the PM's due, print your PM Work Order, log the PM complete and assign the
next due date.
Step #1. From the Main Window, mouse click on the PM's & Maintenance Due button. PM's &

Step #2. From the PM's & Maintenance Due window, mouse click on the Print Work Order Button.

Step #3. When the PM is completed, from the PM's & Maintenance Due window, mouse click the

Step #4. From the PM's & Maintenance Due window, is to assign the next due date. Mouse click

That's all there is, 4 simple steps and you are waiting for the PM Requirement to pop up when
it's ready to be performed again.
